Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 12, 2026

TradeStream Marketing Corp is committed to making scoutstreampro.com and the ScoutStream Pro mobile app accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C and follow the U.S. Department of Justice's web-accessibility guidance.

1. Our standard

We design and develop our web and mobile experiences to be compatible with assistive technologies such as screen readers (VoiceOver, TalkBack), voice-input software, and keyboard-only or switch-control navigation. Specifically, we aim to:

  • Provide text alternatives for non-text content;
  • Ensure all functionality is operable through a keyboard or assistive input;
  • Use sufficient color contrast and resizable text;
  • Use clear, descriptive page titles, headings, form labels, and link text;
  • Avoid content that is known to cause seizures (no flashing more than three times per second).

2. Current conformance status

ScoutStream Pro is currently working toward full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA on both web and mobile. We test our pages using automated tools (axe DevTools, Lighthouse) and manual review with keyboard and screen-reader testing. Some pages, map embeds, or third-party components may not yet fully meet this standard. We track and remediate known issues on an ongoing basis.

3. Third-party content

Some content on the Service is provided by third parties — for example, Google Maps embeds and payment forms. We use vendors whose products conform with WCAG 2.1 AA where reasonably available, but we do not control third-party content directly.

4. Feedback and accommodations

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on scoutstreampro.com or in the mobile app, or if you need information in an alternative format, please contact us — we want to hear from you and will work to provide the information or service you need.

When you contact us, please include:

  1. The URL or screen of the app where you experienced the issue.
  2. A description of the problem.
  3. The assistive technology, browser or app version, and operating system you were using.

5. Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

6. Updates

We will review and update this statement as our accessibility work progresses. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
