Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your ScoutStream Pro account at any time. Deletion removes your login and erases the personal information in your profile. This cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the ScoutStream Pro mobile app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@tradestreammarketing.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your login / ability to sign in (the account itself).
  • Your profile personal information — name, phone, and company details.
  • Your saved API keys and any remaining wallet balance (forfeited).

What we retain

For legal, accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes we may keep a limited set of transactional records — such as payment and mailing history — in anonymized form that is no longer associated with you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
