Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how TradeStream Marketing Corp ("we", "us", or "ScoutStream Pro") collects, uses, and shares information when you use ScoutStream Pro at scoutstreampro.com and the ScoutStream Pro mobile app (collectively, the "Service").
We are a Florida corporation with our principal mailing address at 9610 NW 24th St, Sunrise, FL 33322.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data — name, email, phone number, hashed password, contractor business details.
- Tagged properties — addresses you save, your notes about each property, geolocation captured by the mobile app at the moment you tag, and photos you upload.
- Contact data about owners and occupants — names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses returned to you by skip-trace lookups you initiate, or that you enter manually.
- Outbound communications — content of postcards, SMS, or calls you send through the Service to property contacts; the resulting delivery, response, and DNC-check status.
- Virtual phone-number activity — call and text logs for ScoutStream-issued numbers you use, including inbound caller IDs and recordings or transcripts if you enable them.
- Payment data — handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and log data — IP address, user agent, requested URLs, timestamps, and actions taken in the Service, used for security, abuse prevention, and audit purposes.
- Mobile-app permissions data — if you grant permission, the app may access location, camera, and contacts in order to provide its core functionality. We do not access these without your permission.
- Communications — emails, SMS replies, and support requests you send to us.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the Service, including running skip-trace lookups, generating postcards, checking the Do Not Call (DNC) registry, and routing calls via virtual phone numbers;
- To authenticate users and protect against fraud and abuse;
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, security, and product updates;
- To improve and develop new features (in aggregated or de-identified form);
- To comply with legal obligations (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM record-keeping) and respond to lawful requests.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell or "share" (as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act) your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — hosting (Supabase), data-aggregator vendors for skip-trace lookups, postcard print/mail vendors, DNC-check providers, SMS/voice carriers, payment processing (Stripe). Each provider is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-use restrictions.
- At your direction — when you send a postcard, place a call, or send an SMS to a property contact you have tagged.
- Legal compliance and safety — when required by valid legal process or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Corporate transactions — in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the recipient will be bound by privacy commitments at least as protective as this Policy.
4. Your responsibility for outreach
You are responsible for ensuring your use of skip-trace data, postcards, SMS, and calls complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, state consumer-protection laws, and the federal/state Do Not Call rules. The Service provides DNC-check tooling, but the decision and consent state for any outreach is yours.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, session management, security, and fraud prevention. We may use optional analytics cookies in the future, only if you grant consent through our cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies or pixel trackers. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to manage your choices.
6. Data Retention
We retain account, tagged-property, and outreach data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal record-keeping obligations (for example, TCPA recordkeeping). You can request deletion of your account at any time.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including TLS-encrypted connections, encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the rights below. To exercise any of them, email privacy@tradestreammarketing.com.

Other U.S. state residents
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights of access, deletion, correction, and portability, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. We honor these rights to the extent applicable.

Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and personal information at any time. In the mobile app, go to Profile → Delete Account. On the web, visit scoutstreampro.com/delete-account or email privacy@tradestreammarketing.com. For legal, accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes we may retain a limited set of transactional records (for example, payment and mailing history) in anonymized form that is no longer associated with you.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
